1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Important: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order details before dispatching. Verification is required to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan.

  • Free shipping is applicable on orders above Rs. [2,500].
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): Delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 3-5 days depending on the courier service.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email notification with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to check the status of your parcel on the courier’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax, Call Courier).

4. Damages & Issues [Store Name] is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the courier service.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Tip: We highly recommend making an unboxing video as proof of the condition in which the parcel arrived.

5. Incomplete Address / Unreachable Phone

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
  • If the courier cannot contact you or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
