Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At FMB Mobile Accessories, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We offer a 6 months warranty on all our products to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.

1. 6 months warranty

  • You have 6 months warranty from the date of delivery to check your product.
  • If the product is found to be defective, faulty, or not working as described, you can request a replacement or refund within this period.

Note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g., one side of earbuds not working, charger not charging).

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (undamaged and without scratches).
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included.

Receipt: You must have the order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions) Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the item.
  • Physical Damage: Products damaged due to misuse, dropping, water damage, or voltage fluctuation (burning) are NOT covered under warranty.
  • Missing Accessories: If the box or internal packaging is torn or missing parts.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

  • To protect both our customers and our business, we require an unboxing video as proof for any claims regarding missing items or physical damage during shipping.
  • No Video, No Claim: If you receive a damaged or empty parcel, you must share the unboxing video with us immediately. Without this video, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your Order ID and a short video/photo demonstrating the fault in the product.

  3. Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the address to send the product back.

6. Refund Process

  • Since most orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 days), we will transfer the product amount to your account.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective item, we will replace it with a new one free of charge. The new item will be dispatched once the faulty item is received by us.
